5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by JNS IT Solutions shall remain the property of JNS IT Solutions or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of any content or materials provided by them for completion of tasks.

6. Limitation of Liability

JNS IT Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the services provided by JNS IT Solutions with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.
